You can earn Scout Bucks for participation, advancement and for promoting yourself and Your Troop in the following ways:

PARTICIPATION:
Attend a Troop Meeting
In full Class A Uniform
Attend a Camping Trip
Participate in a Fund-raising event
Participate in a  Troop Day Event
Participate in a Patrol Meeting
Participate in a Recruitment Event

ADVANCEMENT:
Earn the rank of Scout
Earn the rank of Tenderfoot
Earn the rank of Second Class
Earn the rank of First Class
Earn the rank of Star
Earn the rank of Life
Earn the rank of Eagle
Roger will make you a walking stick
Complete a Merit Badge

FOR THE GOOD OF THE TROOP:

The purpose of the Troop 507 Scout Buck Program is to increase and encourage Scout participation in Troop Activities., Reward outstanding Scoutlike behavior, Provide financial assistance to keep Scouts in Scouting as needed and to Promote advancement in Scouting.

Scoutbucks are handed out at the discretion of the Scoutmaster at the end of each event.  If a Scout doens't participate fully in a specific activity ( ie - leaving early), he should expect no Scout Bucks.    They may be redeemed as needed in the Troop 507 Trading Post.
